Endora Mackrodt
Endora Mackrodt grew up in Brazil where financial hardship was part of everyday life. That early reality gave her something most founders never quite develop: a baseline tolerance for uncertainty — and an absolute refusal to wait for the right circumstances.
She spent close to a decade in the travel industry across South America and Australia, building commercial instincts and the kind of cultural fluency that only comes from actually living and working in different countries.
"She didn't come to Germany with a plan. She came with a work ethic and built the plan once she arrived."
In 2019, she made a decision that most people would find terrifying: she relocated to Germany without speaking the language and without a single professional contact. She transitioned into corporate B2B sales — and excelled. But the pressure of that environment eventually led to burnout. That turning point became the founding moment of LGWE.
In 2023, she left and started LGWE from nothing. No investors. No team. No existing brand. Just a methodology built on what she had tested in real sales environments, refined through hundreds of conversations with real buyers.
Early on, she also built educational training programmes that were used by over 400 entrepreneurs — giving her deep pattern recognition into where founder-led businesses consistently break down.
LGWE's growth since then — consistent 25 to 30 percent year-on-year, with over 100 clients served — was not the result of aggressive spending or rapid scaling. It came from the same approach Endora applies to every client engagement: structured systems, honest diagnosis, and relentless follow-through.
